Changes & Alterations
An administration fee of £25 sterling will be payable for each change made to itinerary after initial deposit payment has been made.

Unused Services
No refunds for unused or partially used portions of a booked itinerary due to flight delays, schedule changes or any other reason.

Availability
All tour vacations are subject to availability at time of booking.

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the vacation price is payable on confirmation of booking by Luxury Vacations Ireland. Full payment must be made 60 days in advance of departure date except in the case of a booking which is made within the 60 day period. In such cases full payment must be made on the day of booking confirmation Luxury Vacations Ireland reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid for on time.

Surcharges
Surcharges may be applied to tour prices where full payment has not been made 30 days after payment of deposit. Surcharges equal to the exchange rate variance will be applied in these cases when client local currency rate with £ sterling varies by more than 5% than at time of booking. Surcharges will also apply on increases of government VAT or taxes.

Insurance
Clients are responsible for taking out adequate travel insurance. Luxury Vacations Ireland accepts no liability in the event of a client not having adequate insurance cover.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation
Cancellation charges will apply as follows on receipt of written notification of cancellation:
>60 days prior to departure - 30% of tour price
30-59 days prior to departure - 50% of tour price
14-29 days prior to departure - 70% of tour price
0-13 days prior to departure - 100% of tour price
